It involves teaching children social, creative, physical, and life skills. It also includes facilitating their learning and development while fostering positive change. Additionally, it means educating them to think about and value their surroundings. Along the way, it provides opportunities for personal and professional growth.
We are looking to fill the following positions:
- Division Leader
- Head Counselor/Counselor/Assistant Counselor
- Sports Instructor, Art Teacher, Drama Teacher, Dance Teacher, and Martial Arts Instructor
- Lifeguards and Swimming Instructors

Leader-in-Training
The Leader-In-Training (LIT) program is intended for individuals who will be 14-years-old. This program is designed to help prepare for potential future counselor or staff roles and emphasizes learning a variety of specific and leadership skills, to include creating successful peer relationships, working with individuals of a variety of ages and needs, and actively participating in various job responsibilities at Camp. We provide a thorough orientation and continuous training throughout the summer. Training prepares LIT to become counselors. Training is mandatory for all new LIT and is a critical piece of our program. LIT’s will work partial days on days Sharks groups are in camp (M,W,F) and go on trips with Sharks on their trip days.
Fee: $2,000.00 (Full Summer Only)
